New Construction

Ground-up custom homes built with meticulous attention to detail. Every trade under one roof means seamless coordination from foundation pour to final inspection.

Custom Home Building

Built right from the ground up.

A new build is the only chance you get to make every decision from scratch — orientation on the lot, foundation type, framing, mechanical layout, finishes — without working around someone else's old choices. That's the upside. The downside is that every one of those decisions has to actually get coordinated, and that's where most ground-up projects go sideways.

We run the whole build with our own crews. Foundation, framing, rough trades, exterior envelope, interior finish. One project manager. One schedule. One number on your phone when something needs answering. Most of our new builds run 9–14 months from break-ground to keys.

What We Build

Every Scale

Custom Homes

Full custom designs working with your architect or one we recommend. Permits, foundation, framing, finish — all of it.

Spec Homes

For developer clients: efficient, well-built spec houses that show well and inspect clean.

Tear-Down & Rebuild

When the existing house isn't worth saving but the lot is. Demo, foundation, ground-up — handled as one job.

Detached Garages & ADUs

Accessory dwelling units, pool houses, full detached garages with finished space above. Same standards as the main house.

High-Performance Builds

Continuous insulation, properly designed HVAC, blower-door testing on request. Builds that perform, not just pass code.

Site Work

Excavation, grading, drainage, hardscape, landscape coordination. We schedule it instead of leaving you to manage three vendors.

How We Work

The Process

01

Site & Lot Review

Setbacks, grade, drainage, utility access, zoning. We tell you what's possible before you fall in love with a plan.

02

Design Coordination

We work with your architect — or recommend ones we trust — to land plans that build clean and within budget.

03

Fixed Build Quote

Itemized by phase: site prep, foundation, framing, exterior, mechanicals, finishes. No "allowance" surprises.

04

Build & Close

Weekly progress, monthly walkthroughs, inspector coordination, final punch. We hand you keys to a house that's actually finished.

Common Questions

Not necessarily. If you have one you love, we'll work with them. If you don't, we have two NJ architects we collaborate with regularly — both of them design for build-ability instead of awards.
Permit-to-keys for a typical 3,500–4,500 sqft custom home is 10–14 months. Larger or more complex homes go longer. Site work and foundation are weather-dependent — we plan starts in spring or late summer when we can.
In our market, mid-range new construction runs $400–$550/sqft. High-end with premium finishes, complex roofs, and significant site work pushes $600–$800+. Site cost varies dramatically and we price it separately after a survey.
We're more of a coordinated team — your architect designs, we build, but we're in the room from day one of design so the drawings line up with what's actually buildable in your budget. That avoids the worst case where you fall in love with plans that come in 40% over budget.
Yes, within reason. Small finish changes are easy. Layout changes after framing get expensive fast. We'll walk you through each decision and flag cost/schedule impact before you commit.
